Anson Chen, a Grade 7 student, recently competed in a local badminton tournament at Prairie Badminton this past weekend and won all events for singles, doubles, and mixed doubles. Anson plays in under U19 age categories for singles and mixed doubles and under U17 age categories for doubles.
Anson will be competing in Edmonton this week at a national event to determine whether he will qualify to be a part of Team Canada in the Pan Am International Tournament. Let’s cheer on Anson as he competes this week in Edmonton!
